No tracking, no accounts
HXiao.ai is a fully static website. There is no account system, no login, no cookies set by this site, and no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Reading an article here leaves no persistent record on our end.
Hosting infrastructure
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect technical metadata such as IP addresses and user-agent strings as part of standard server logging. This data is governed by GitHub's privacy policy and is not accessible to or controlled by HXiao.ai.
External services
Article thumbnail images and earthquake tracker data are loaded from third-party sources. The earthquake tracker fetches data from the USGS public API. By visiting pages that include these resources, your browser may make requests to those services subject to their own privacy terms.
Fonts
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log requests made to their CDN. For a fully private reading experience, you can use a browser extension to block external font requests — the site degrades gracefully to system serif and sans-serif fonts.

If analytics, comments, or contact mechanisms are added in the future, this page will be updated to reflect any new data practices before those features go live.
